My journey in healthcare begins with my little bunny that was attacked by a cat. Although it was a horrible experience, looking after her back into health was fulfilling and joyful. This was the steppingstone for my enthusiasm in healthcare; which eventually led the pathway into Health Sciences in the University of Auckland. During my studies, I worked part-time, and as a volunteer, in several healthcare facilities as serving others and helping them back into health was one of my passions in my life.
I stumbled upon chiropractic through an introduction from a friend. I always viewed our body and health to be holistic, and believed in the powerful healing ability of living things. So discovering that chiropractic care could help individuals achieve and maintain their health and wellbeing, I knew it was the profession for me.
I understand everyone is unique and thus I tailor care around the needs of the individual by using gentle to more manual techniques to suit individuals from all walks of life. My goal in care is not just helping clients recover, but for them to achieve better function and a healthier lifestyle.
It is the healthy choices and investments we make in life that give us the healthy returns back. Embrace and care for your body, it is the only place you have to live in.
